ONGOING PROJECT
More than 50 children, aged 6-13, who were displaced from Artsakh, have found hope and a sense of belonging through the “Guardians of Artsakh Culture” program. This initiative, organized by Ghoghanj Children’s Center, provides these resilient young souls with a new home, family, and friends amidst their challenging circumstances.
The program offers a variety of enriching courses, including:
- Ethnographic dance
- History of Armenian people and our Motherland (with excursions, trips, and museum visits)
- Needlework
- Choir
- Pottery
- Robotics
- Painting
Skilled specialists from Artsakh, teaching in the Artsakh dialect, ensure that these children not only preserve their cultural heritage but also develop new skills and passions. Participation in all courses is free, reflecting the commitment to support and nurture these children who have lost so much. Through this program, they are rebuilding their lives, embracing their culture, and finding joy and stability in a community that cares deeply for them.
By supporting this initiative, we are giving these children a chance to rediscover happiness and resilience, fostering a brighter future despite the hardships they have endured.
