After her father was wounded, Sara thought she couldn’t continue her music lessons. She was overjoyed when her mom brought home a qanun. Now, with this musical instrument, she is able to continue taking the classes she loves.

Sara is only one of 27 children for whom SYUN was able to provide support when they needed it the most.

Thousands of families lost their fathers and sons in last year’s war. Many thousands more were wounded. At the time, we felt that we had to help in any way we could. Thus, the idea of SYUN was born. We were able to be pillars for these veterans’ families and provided about $30,000 worth of support.
